Lexus of Cool Springs is hiring a Full-Time Sales Assistant to support the Sales Department with world-class customer service and to grow the Lexus brand. This hands-on role suits someone proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to start or advance a career in automotive sales.

Responsibilities include assisting the Sales Team, managing social media updates, and learning Lexus vehicle systems to educate customers. Full-time, benefits included, with Sundays and major holidays off.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled.
• Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery.
• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education.
• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations).
• Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
• Stay current on all Lexus training and certification.
• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.
