Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a Lexus Delivery Specialist to support our Sales Department with world-class customer service and smooth vehicle deliveries. This hands-on, fast-paced role is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in the automotive industry.

You’ll monitor inventory, assist the sales team, prep vehicles for delivery, respond to calls and emails, and stay current on Lexus training.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled.
• Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery.
• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education.
• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations).
• Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
• Stay current on all Lexus training and certification.
• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.

This is a hands‑on, collaborative role ideal for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and looking to launch or grow a career in the automotive industry.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $17-$18/hour,
• Weekly pay
• Full-time position, closed every Sunday and major holidays

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
