Lexus of Cool Springs is hiring a Full-Time Sales Assistant to support our Sales Department in delivering world-class customer service and growing the Lexus brand. This hands-on, collaborative role is ideal for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to launch or grow a career in the automotive industry.

You’ll monitor inventory, assist with deliveries, manage social media, respond to inquiries, and stay current on all Lexus training.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication demonstrated in a retail or automotive environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient with computers, email, and digital tools.
• Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and vehicle systems.
• Pass pre-employment checks (background, MVR, drug test) and be 19+.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled
• Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery
• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly
• Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education
• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations)
• Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects
• Stay current on all Lexus training and certification
• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures
• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team
