Job summary

Parks Buick GMC Greenville seeks a customer-focused sales associate to guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrate features, and deliver a premium shopping experience. You will greet customers, explain pricing, and manage paperwork to close sales in line with dealership standards.

No prior sales experience required; we train the right person. A valid driver's license, clean record, background check, and pre-employment drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Follow dealership sales processes and comply with ethical standards to meet goals.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.

• Explain features and demonstrate operations of vehicles in showroom/test drives.
• Communicate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowances and discounts.
• Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
• Provide reviews of vehicle features and benefits during sale and delivery.
• Engage in business development and address customer concerns.
• Engage customers after a sale for follow-up.
• Keep the lot neat and orderly as a team.
