NAPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to bring automotive knowledge and customer service to our Colorado Springs store and support the Store Manager across all store functions.

You will lead counter sales, inventory/receiving, delivery coordination, and housekeeping while coaching team members to maintain standards. This role offers a development path toward Store Manager and may require opening/closing duties and overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn all things automotive.
• Leadership experience.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships.
• Thrives in fast-paced and complex environment.
• Knowledge of cataloging/inventory systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• ASE certifications a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, inventory health, labor/scheduling and team performance.
• Sell actively and build relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Execute or oversee opening/closing routines, cash reconciliation and end-of-day reporting.
• Handle scheduling input, compliance documentation, performance tracking and basic P&L items.
• Monitor store metrics and problem-solve to improve sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and performance management for store functions and talent development.
• Drive safety, asset protection and continuous improvement initiatives.
