Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail setting. You will engage customers, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth and satisfying visit.

You will drive sales, merchandise effectively, and maintain strong relationships with customers while meeting service targets and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to assist customers in sales and handle complaints to ensure retention.
