Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is part of Bridgestone Americas. The Automotive Retail Salesperson role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone to meet and exceed customer needs.

You will leverage an energetic demeanor to promote services, build relationships, and schedule clear technician appointments, driving sales and efficient transactions. Pay range is $19.20–$28.68 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
