Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service, driving sales and coordinating service appointments with technicians. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Must have a valid driver's license to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
