Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone, drive sales, and coordinate service appointments with technicians. You will promote products and services while maintaining positive customer relationships and accurate transaction processing.

The role offers a pay range of $18.26–$28.53 per hour with potential to grow through performance incentives and training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and handling complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
