Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone, drive sales, and coordinate service appointments. You will promote our products and services while building lasting customer relationships.

You will handle transactions with accuracy, support merchandising efforts, and communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure smooth visits and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Ability to assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Driving customers and company vehicles requires a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
