Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson focused on delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. You will engage with customers to promote services, build relationships, and schedule clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments.

The role emphasizes sales, customer satisfaction, and accurate transaction handling in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
