Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. You will promote products and services, schedule service appointments, and ensure a smooth visit while driving sales in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

The role emphasizes energetic customer engagement, upselling, and building lasting relationships with customers to meet service needs and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles
