Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail setting. You will engage customers in-store and by phone, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments, driving sales and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes energetic communication, relationship-building, and accurate transaction handling to ensure a seamless customer experience from entry to service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
