Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson who provides exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, aims to meet and exceed customer needs, and uses an energetic demeanor to promote our services. You will build relationships, sell services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments.

The role emphasizes sales and customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment with a competitive pay range and company benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid driver's license to drive customer and company vehicles.

Responsibilities
