Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson who will deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, promoting our services and building lasting relationships with customers. You will coordinate with technicians to set appointments and process transactions accurately to ensure a smooth visit.

Pay range shown is $18.40 - $27.49 per hour. Bridgestone offers medical, dental and vision coverage from day one, paid vacation, holidays, 401(k)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure loyalty.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
