Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast paced auto care environment. You will assist customers in store and by phone, promote services, and schedule appointments.

This role focuses on driving sales and building lasting relationships with customers. A High School Diploma and two years of retail experience are required, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
