Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone, helping customers select and schedule automotive services.

You will use an energetic, sales-focused approach to promote products, build relationships, and coordinate service appointments with technicians in a fast-paced retail environment. Pay range is $15.20 - $22.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
