Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in store and over the phone, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and driving service bookings.

You will use energy to sell the visit, build lasting customer relationships, promote products and services, handle transactions accurately, and support a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Pay range: $14.40–$21.51 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to upsell products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for in-store and phone interactions.
• Basic problem solving to resolve customer concerns and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
