Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Davenport, FL is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, guiding customers to the right services and products. You will drive sales and schedule service appointments while building lasting relationships with customers.

You will handle transactions with accuracy, promote our automotive offerings, and ensure a seamless store visit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
