Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and by phone, driving sales and scheduling service appointments.

You will build relationships, promote products and services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure a smooth customer visit. The role combines sales energy with a commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
