Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Minnesota is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, promoting our services and coordinating with technicians to schedule appointments.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 2 years of retail sales experience, plus a energetic, customer-centric approach. We offer health, vacation, ASE training, flexible schedules and a supportive team culture emphasizing growth and satisfaction.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
