Zusammenfassung

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in our store and over the phone. You will drive sales for automotive services, build relationships with customers, and coordinate service appointments with technicians.

You will use your energy and communication skills to promote products, handle transactions, and ensure a smooth visit for customers in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
