Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is looking for a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to join our team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, driving sales, and coordinating service appointments with technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The position involves promoting products and services, building relationships with customers, and maintaining efficiency in transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
