Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service in our stores. You will engage with customers in person and over the phone, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to set clear appointment times for service visits.

The role requires an energetic, customer-focused approach to meet and exceed expectations, with responsibilities including transaction handling and merchandise promotion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
