You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee counter sales, inventory, deliveries, and daily operations while maintaining active sales responsibilities.

This role is designed as a developmental path toward becoming a Store Manager, with potential overtime and keyholder duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftermarket retail or willingness to learn automotive products.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory management and stock control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, and labor planning.
• Sell to customers in-store and by phone, and support dealer channels as needed.
• Model professional behavior and ensure compliance with store standards.
• Oversee opening/closing routines, cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
• Support scheduling, training, and performance coaching of team members.
• Monitor store metrics and drive improvements in sales, shrink, and customer satisfaction.
