Job Responsibilities and Duties:

PRIMARY

• Accurately complete services and repairs on customer vehicles: Technicians are expected to perform their tasks with expertise, integrity, precision, and care.
• Partner with office staff to meet sales goals with integrity: Inspect each vehicle, quote needed repairs, and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle's condition and required services.

SECONDARY

• Quality Control: Perform quality checks for fellow technicians and clean vehicles if needed, following company procedures.
• Cleaning & Prep: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free shop environment.

Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Valid US Driver's License, insurable on our shop insurance, and able to drive with passengers.
• At least 1 year of practical experience as an automotive technician.
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Capable of lifting over 50 lbs and standing for up to 60 minutes.
• Skilled in basic math and measurements.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, computers, and software for vehicle diagnosis and repair instructions.
• Advanced skills in mechanical repairs, vehicle inspections, and diagnostics.
• Deep understanding of passenger automobile systems and operations.
