Job summary

PPG is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Automotive Refinish team to drive profitable sales growth in St. Louis – NE Missouri. You will build strong customer relationships, meet regional targets, and expand the defined territory through distributors and key dealers.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in consultative sales, a bachelor's degree in business or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 25% overnight. Salary range 85,000–110,000 USD annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years proven track record in growing sales with consultative selling.
• Prior Automotive Refinish experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Collision or Body Shop experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales plans for growth and manage costs within targets.
• Develop understanding of end customer requirements and PPG strategy in the region.
• Sell paint systems and sundry items through distribution within your territory.
• Manage distributor relationships and sales initiatives including receivables.
