Regional Sales Manager and build relationships with dealerships, regional MSOs, and independent collision centers to drive growth and customer value. You will drive distributor performance, support profitability improvements in collision and fleet operations, and use data to shape decisions while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience with a consultative selling track record.
• Automotive refinish or related industry experience.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 33% overnight).
• Strong ability to communicate product benefits to various prospects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets including growth and key goals while managing costs.
• Develop understanding of customer needs, regional market dynamics, and PPG strategies.
• Increase sales of PPG Refinish products through distribution channels.
• Manage and strengthen distributor relationships and account management.
• Provide expertise in collision center and fleet operations to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Use data and analytics to guide decisions and improve customer outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams to maximize market potential and deliver a consistent customer experience.
