Responsibilities

• Operate switchboard telephone system
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize on-hold time
• Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient with all customers and employees
• Work with department managers daily
• Other administrative duties including data entry
