Herb Chambers Lincoln of Westborough has an immediate opening for a part-time Receptionist/Cashier to join the team!

Job Purpose

Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients, and assisting the management team as requested.

Duties
  1. Welcomes visitors, potential customers, and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person.
  2. Answers phone calls, receives faxes, records and delivers messages, date-stamps documents, and manages mail and packages, including maintaining the postage meter.
  3. Maintains a welcoming environment by keeping the reception area neat and clean.
  4. Provides office supplies and services by maintaining inventory, placing orders, and arranging for equipment repairs.
  5. Completes special sales projects by organizing information and meeting schedules.
  6. Supports sales and organizational goals by completing related tasks as needed.
  7. Receives sales deposits and performs daily reconciliation.
  8. Performs administrative duties such as scanning and copying.

Compensation is a competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience. Availability for nights and weekends is required.
