• Perform validations on team members according to six validation methods.
• Encourage decision-making, guide team members, and validate outcomes.
• Uphold high ethical standards promoting honesty, integrity and trust.
• Address conflicts and performance issues promptly and professionally with transparent communication.
• Conduct customer investigations and develop solutions via continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate care through quality service and clear communications to customers.
• Foster a safe and inclusive work environment.
• Support development of team members through training and mentorship.
• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and commitment to company values, vision and quality keys.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects and locations, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Develop, audit and verify work instructions for consistent process specs.
• Maintain ISO documentation, records and reports related to shift performance.
