Job summary

Q2 Management Inc is seeking a supervisor to oversee Volvo projects, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure operational effectiveness across shifts. You will act as a central contact, building strong relationships with our customers and leading teams to meet quality and timeline targets.

The role emphasizes training, validating staff performance, and maintaining rigorous ISO documentation while promoting a culture of care, honesty, and ownership. A robust, hands-on leadership style is required.

• Perform validations on team members according to six validation methods.

• Address conflicts and performance issues promptly and professionally with transparent communication.
• Conduct customer investigations and develop solutions via continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate care through quality service and clear communications to customers.

• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and commitment to company values, vision and quality keys.

Q2 Management Inc is a provider of Quality Inspection and Containment services to the automotive OEM supply chain. With branches supporting the United States and Canada, Q2 Management delivers benchmark service standards supported by our industry leading Quality Inspection Management System, InspeQ Tech.

This role is accountable for both customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness at Volvo. Supervisors accept Ownership of and responsibility for the overall success of every project assigned, from start to finish, and across every shift. As a central point of contact, you will develop a strong professional relationship with our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively train and Empower Quality Associates to effectively perform daily project tasks
• Perform validations on team members in accordance with our six validation methods on a specified cadence throughout each shift
• Encourage decision-making, guide team members, and validate outcomes
• Uphold the highest ethical standards, promoting a culture of Honesty, integrity and trustworthiness

• Perform and assist with customer investigations and develop solutions through continuous improvement methodology
