Job summary

PROFIL - Waterford is seeking a Quality Engineer to maintain document and gage control, support calibration, and disposition of nonconforming material. You will assist with root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of IATF quality requirements, ISO/IEC 17025, and proficient use of MS Office. Regularly on the manufacturing floor and in an air-conditioned office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years related experience in quality/ metrology.
• Experience with inspection, measurement and test equipment for 100% inspection.
• IATF/ISO 17025 knowledge required; PPAP experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain document, record and gage control per work instructions.
• Support calibration activities and nonconforming material disposition.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Perform audits of processes and products as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality Technicians and PPAP Coordinator.
