Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Rockford, IL seeks an experienced Automotive Quality Control Engineer with a B.S. in Technical, Quality, Manufacturing or related field to lead quality initiatives.

You will ensure compliance with IATF 16949, GD&T and PPAP, partner with engineering and production, and drive root cause analysis on customer issues while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements.
• Experience with GD&T, CMM and PPAP processes.

Responsibilities

• IATF 16949
• GD&T
• CMM
• Customer Contact
• PPAP
• Control plans and PMFEA

Duties:

• Reporting to the Director of Quality will be the Key Quality Engineer for the company ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, Customer requirements and internal standards while partnering closely with engineering, production and customers.
• Lead or support investigation and resolution of customer complaints, including root cause analysis.
• 5% yearly bonus
