AKWEL Cadillac USA Inc. is seeking a Project Manager at our Cadillac, MI plant to lead one or more projects of low-to-medium complexity, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with customers and suppliers to meet QCD objectives. The role requires a technical engineering background, PM/APQP experience, and strong MS Office skills, with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• College/University degree in Technical Engineering with 3 years experience in Research & Process Engineering.
• Or: A-Level + 2 years higher ed with 3 years related experience.
• Experience in Project Management and APQP; automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget, project timing, and quality plan per development standards and customer requirements.
• Organize technical meetings and project reviews with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate project team, sourcing, and arbitration processes as needed.
• Present design and initial sample files to customers with Quality team support.
