Qualifications

• 5+ sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a Tier One supplier relating to Toyota Powertrain products.
• Experience with OEM purchasing procedures and systems, in particular Toyota.
• Ability to monitor multiple account(s) of assigned program(s).
• Ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Proven critical thinking skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and monitor account(s) of assigned program(s) by addressing commercial / open issues, quoting requested changes, and ensuring target achievements.
• Contribute with the launch of new programs and monitor/recover program costs.
• Communicate clearly with Purchasing / Engineering / Quality / Production Control / Cost / Accounting teams.
• Review Purchase Orders against quotation to confirm pricing and content for agreement.
• Analyze business growth targets and develop plans with overseas counterparts as appropriate.
• Lead cross-functional standard work and process creation initiatives to scale daily production workflow smoothly.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.
