True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager with automotive program management experience to lead cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of programs to meet customer SOW, timing, cost, and quality requirements.

You will oversee initiatives from project initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure in a matrix environment, employing structured processes and standard project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field
• 4–9 years of program/project management experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Initiation & Planning: define scope, deliverables, risks, and assumptions; develop comprehensive project plans; baseline schedules; establish stakeholder communication plans.
• Execute project plans: manage cross-functional teams; meet quality and safety standards; implement change management and risk mitigation strategies; drive team performance.
• Monitor & control: track performance against timeline, budget, and KPIs; manage scope changes; identify variances; coordinate with procurement and manufacturing; capture lessons learned.
• Close: ensure deliverables and launch requirements are completed; obtain final stakeholder acceptance; transition ownership to manufacturing/operations.
