Job summary

Tenneco is seeking a Program Manager to lead assigned customer and internal programs from quotation through launch and production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timing, quality, cost, delivery, and customer satisfaction targets are met.

You will advocate Tenneco's project management methodology, drive risk mitigation, and support continuous improvement while coordinating among customers, suppliers, plants, and functional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs through all phases and gate reviews from award to production.
• Achieve objectives for safety, timing, delivery, quality, cost, and financial performance.
• Be primary communication point between customers, suppliers, plants, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute timing plans for successful launches and milestones.
• Lead program reviews with customers and internal teams.
