Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on deliverables and activities across mid to high level programs.
• Assemble core program teams and lead the program planning process, including WBS and baselining.
• Coordinate with design, quality, production, and finance to meet milestones.
• Develop and maintain project timing charts and schedules aligned with customer commitments.
• Plan and lead team meetings and program status reviews across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Purchasing.
• Communicate project status through reports and management reviews at all levels.
• Identify and resolve project issues using root cause analysis and change management processes.
• Serve as liaison with the client on program issues, including participation in client meetings.
• Monitor project scope, budget, and schedule for compliance with client specifications.
• Identify staffing needs and coordinate with appropriate functions.
• Schedule, monitor, and facilitate Stage Gate reviews, including with senior management.
