Job summary

MagnaCosma International is seeking a Program Manager to organize and lead projects, interfacing with customers, vendors, Cosma and plant personnel. Responsible for quality, budget, and timely delivery per control plans (TS16949 & ISO14001) within APQP-driven programs.

The role requires 3–5 years PM experience, ability to manage cross-functional teams, and strong communication across all levels of the organization. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Program Management experience and/or training.
• Ability to interface with customer representatives, corporate personnel and all EBM team members on a professional level.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, follow up and implement APQP activities for assigned programs.
• Lead Cross Functional Team(s) and CPMP compliance across programs.
• Apply and comply with AIAG & EBM standards & procedures.
• Provide program engineering support and customer interface for assigned programs.
