Job summary

InDepth Engineering Solutions, LLC is seeking a production supervisor to lead teams in a high-volume automotive plant in Toledo. You will ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while managing manpower, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires automotive manufacturing experience, union awareness, and the ability to coordinate daily activities, monitor KPIs, and resolve issues across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Automotive manufacturing experience (required).
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Union and Lean/WCM experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Must be able to work 1st & 2nd shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, unionized automotive manufacturing environment while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate daily production activities and monitor KPIs.
• Resolve production issues and maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (WCM/SIS/Lean).
