Jackson Dawson is seeking an Automotive Product and Technology Trainer to lead in-dealership training on ICE and EV products. You will coach Sales Consultants on vehicle technologies, features, functions, and benefits, and evaluate their knowledge.

The role focuses on building relationships with dealerships, delivering compelling presentations, and maintaining training quality through ongoing development and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and AV equipment.
• Public speaking and engaging groups of 20–30 participants.
• Strong communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions covering new ICE and EV products and technologies.
• Share insights on product features, advantages, and how they stack up against the competition.
• Build and sustain strong, trusted relationships with your assigned dealerships.
• Take part in ongoing trainer development and skill-building sessions.
• Complete weekly administrative duties, including time and expense reports and status updates.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
