Job summary

Jackson Dawson in Houston, TX is seeking an energetic Automotive Product and Technology Trainer to lead in-dealership training on ICE and EV products. You will coach Sales Consultants at select retail dealerships on vehicle technologies, features, functions, and customer benefits.

You will evaluate their product knowledge, sharpen their presentation and delivery skills, and take part in trainer development and time management tasks, while maintaining strong relationships with dealership staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with dealership operations; prior dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions covering new ICE and EV products and technologies
• Share insights on product features, advantages, and how they stack up against the competition
• Build and sustain strong, trusted relationships with your assigned dealerships
• Take part in ongoing trainer development and skill-building sessions
• Complete weekly administrative duties, including time and expense reports and status updates
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed
