Job summary

Autoliv is seeking a Process Engineer to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in the automotive safety product line. The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant engineering field and experience optimizing processes, with proficiency in SolidWorks CAD for design and tooling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience developing, analyzing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve operational performance.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering, to resolve complex manufacturing challenges.
  • Ability to develop innovative manufacturing solutions and leverage new technologies to improve production quality, capacity, and reliability.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD for product design, process development, tooling, and manufacturing support.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and implement solutions.
