Qualifications

• Exposure to: Root cause problem solving (8D, 5 Why) • SPC and process capability analysis • Lean / continuous improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production
• Support day-to-day production, drive continuous improvement, and ensure successful execution of new product launches
• Engage hands-on on the shop floor and assist with off-shift production issues when needed
