Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree (mechanical or industrial) with 2–5 years related experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and present technical data.
• Experience with high-volume assembly and familiarity with Japanese transplant environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on role on the production floor with ongoing activities.
• Resolve daily production equipment concerns.
• Participate in processes improvement activities.
• Implement continuous improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Handle concurrent projects from concept to implementation.
• Create and deliver presentations on recommended solutions.
• Discuss purchases, specifications, and project status with vendors and staff.
• Support 5S activities and department objectives.
• Participate in New Model development and address quality issues.
