Chapman BMW on Camelback in Phoenix is seeking a confident, customer-focused Portfolio Manager to manage an existing customer portfolio, identify upgrade opportunities, and advise on current and future vehicle needs.

The ideal candidate will proactively follow up, build long-term relationships, and work with Sales, Service and Management to create opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Automotive sales experience strongly preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
