Job summary

Chapman BMW on Camelback in Phoenix seeks a confident Portfolio Manager to grow and protect a portfolio of existing customers. You will identify upgrade, lease-end, and trade‑in opportunities while keeping customers informed and delighted with personalized service.

Collaborating with sales, service, and management, you’ll initiate conversations, follow up consistently, and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Automotive sales experience strongly preferred.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and customer retention skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers with follow-up to identify upgrade, trade-in, equity, and lease-end opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and providing personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales and service to identify opportunities to purchase, lease, upgrade, or replace vehicles.
• Coordinate with management and technicians to address concerns and present options.
• Manage orders, specifications, and communications throughout the sales process.
• Proactively follow up to maximize retention and future sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer data and opportunities in the CRM.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
