Isuzu North America Corporation seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations across our automotive manufacturing facilities in the United States. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and safe operations while coordinating internal teams and external vendors.

You will set targets, manage budgets, drive TPM and continuous improvement (5 Whys, FMEA, Kaizen), and mentor staff with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in maintenance within automotive manufacturing.
• 10+ years in automotive manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a management role.

Aufgaben

• Lead all maintenance operations to support stable production and safe facility operations.
• Manage comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance program to prevent equipment failure.
• Supervise and train Maintenance staff, managing labor, development, safety, and performance.
• Set departmental targets, assign responsibilities, and track progress using KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support operational goals promptly.
• Maintain the maintenance department budget including labor and materials costs.
