Job summary

Isuzu North America is seeking an experienced Senior Parts Supply Manager to ensure a steady and economical supply of service parts and accessories to meet service level objectives.

You will establish and maintain contractual, logistical, warranty, and regulatory compliance with North American and foreign-based vendors, optimizing lead-times, pricing, and logistics while driving supplier performance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or another quantitative field.
• Minimum of five years related work experience in automotive/truck/heavy equipment parts supply and distribution; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and related computer systems; SAP ECC 6.0 or higher and PTC SPM 11.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and maintain contractual supply relationships with North American and foreign-based suppliers, including lead-time, warranty and regulatory compliance, pricing, delivery, packaging, and vendor requirements.
• Manage supplier performance utilizing tools to maximize supply chain efficiency.
• Coordinate new model and post-production supply effort with AIPDN, suppliers, and others as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
